the only thing exceptional about this place was the central location, everything else was unfortunately lacking like not having any milk for tea is just rude. i almost expected a room upgrade for my troubles, but alas, no special treatment here. maybe i was supposed to feel blessed receiving my average room?

i had a great stay at palac u kocku by adrez, palace at the cats during my last visit to prague. the location was superb, just minutes from old square and charles bridge. the bar and restaurant were amazing, with excellent service and food that exceeded my expectations.
